What types of home health services does Alliance provide?
We offer a range of services including Skilled Nursing, Personal Care Assistance (PCA), and the new Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) to help individuals live independently at home.
How do I know if I qualify for home care services?
Eligibility is typically determined by a functional assessment. We can help guide you through the process of contacting your county or lead agency for an assessment.
What insurance plans or programs do you accept?
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Minnesota Medical Assistance (Medicaid), along with many others. We also continue to work with various Waiver programs such as CADI, BI, and Elderly Waivers. Please contact us to verify your specific coverage.
Are your caregivers licensed and background-checked?
Yes. All our staff undergo rigorous background studies through the Minnesota Department of Human Services and receive specialized training to ensure the highest standard of care.
Can I choose my own caregiver?
Under the CFSS and PCA Choice models, clients have the flexibility to recruit and select the caregivers they feel most comfortable with, including family members in many cases.
