
How We Support You at Night
Our overnight staff can be either awake or asleep, depending on what your specific support plan requires. We focus on four main areas of help:

Daily Living Tasks (ADLs): Help with things like getting ready for bed, using the bathroom during the night, or getting up in the morning.

Household Activities (IADLs): Help with minor tasks around the house that need attention during the overnight hours.

Skill Reinforcement: Helping you practice skills you are working on during the day so you can become more independent.

Positive Support Programs: Carrying out specific behavioral or transition plans to help you reach your personal goals.
